'Thirty Seconds To Mars
The American band 30 Seconds To Mars has been very successful grammy nominations concert in their third and latest album "This Is War" from 2009, they have also toured extensively with - in Europe, among other Danish Carpark North as heating. Now the group is on track with an acoustic ep, while they can enjoy three nominations at the perfected MTV Video Music Award show.
On 28 August is the MTV VMA show 2011 in Los Angeles, where 30 Seconds To Mars are nominated by their controversial and sexual short film for the song "Hurricane," directed by their longtime collaborator Bartholomew Cubbins. 30 Seconds To Mars is nominated in the categories of Best Cinematography, Best Editing and Best Direction. Thus, they are the rock band with the most nominations, though soloists such as Katy Perry, Adele and Kanye West have gotten more nominations, respectively nine (Perry) and seven (Adele and West).
30 Seconds To Mars debuted in 2002 with the self-titled album, which was awarded five out of six stars of GAFFA Keld Rud. The same reviewer awarded the album "This Is War" in 2009, two out of six stars, as according to him it is all gone back to the group, but their fans are clearly not in agreement.
Ahead of the upcoming edition of the MTV VMA publisher band mentioned a digital unplugged ep with four tracks from their recent MTV appearances, respectively, the numbers "Hurricane," "Kings & Queens", "Night Of The Hunter" and their version of U2 classic "Where The Streets Have No Name".
On 20 July, the band premiered grammy nominations concert across MTV Music Group's platforms and screens as "Hurricane" in the unplugged version was put into rotation on MTV's AMTV, MTV2s AMTV2, mtvU and MTV Hits. And on Friday, 29 July may be on Palladia, MTV Networks high-definition music channel, watch a special 30-minute edition at. 21:00 and again at midnight.
